Alpha aims to start mass production by 2025 with a focus on Wolf and Wolf+ Trucks while leveraging its proprietary development process to prepare future production of Ace, Jax, Saga, and Rex vehicles.
Alpha plans to leverage its platform sharing strategy to accelerate revenue generation and increase profitability.
Wolf truck driving prototype is scheduled for completion by mid-year.
Alpha plans to validate more than 90% of its new vehicle development to expedite commercialization and profitability.
Alpha is currently preparing molds from the first Wolf Truck prototype to efficiently reproduce the exterior body.
Alpha plans to apply a component commonization strategy across its vehicle lineup to achieve rapid development, reduce manufacturing costs and control quality.
Alpha’s user interface prototype is currently projected to be completed for vehicle integration by the end of the first quarter and currently undergoing graphic user interface (GUI) testing.
Vehicle closures, seating, steering, electronics, and various other component solutions are in development.
Pre-production development is planned to move forward with Alpha’s manufacturing partner, UHI, which will focus on mass production and assembly of major steel components such as the chassis and exterior body.
Alpha plans to initiate pre-production activities such as stamping of full steel bodies by next year.

Through a public voting process, Alpha received the 2021 LA Auto Show THE ZEVAS™ Top Zero-Emission Vehicle Award for its Ace coupe, a finalist nomination for its Jax CUV, and nominations for its Wolf and Superwolf trucks.
Based on THE ZEVAS™ Awards, Alpha believes people favor new brands and products over existing ICE brands and vehicles which are converted into EVs.
We believe Alpha has the right products in an industry which is projected for exponential growth. Established systems which have been created to sustain long term success for large organizations focused on mass producing ICE vehicles may now be the reason why they are lacking relevance to consumers who desire EV solutions.

In response to a question about going public, we consider going public to be a natural pathway to mass production. More importantly, we believe that our company is well positioned to consider IPO in the near future, given the industry sector, growth trajectory, and vision of our company. We also appreciate and recognize that going public will provide more visibility and liquidity to all stakeholders. Concurrently, it would help us reach the mass consumer market efficiently.

Alpha’s electric vehicles are in development to integrate battery packs with an estimated energy capacity range of between 65kWh to 85kWh.
Alpha is planning to equip its electric vehicles with both home-charging capabilities using a standard 120V AC outlet and DC fast-charging using a Combined Charging System (CCS) to achieve 80% charge in 30 minutes to an hour.
Full ISO 15118 compatibility (an international standard defining V2G communication interface for bi-directional charging/discharging of electric vehicles) is also expected to support user-friendliness and support wide adoption of our EVs.

Alpha Motors' offering raised the most capital out of all Reg CF offerings during the week of 1/18 - 1/21, according to KingsCrowd.
People living in the U.S. drive an average of 12,785 miles, which is equivalent to 35 miles a day.
Alpha plans to equip its electric vehicles with lithium-ion NMC battery packs, integrated liquid cooling, and minimum range capacity of 250+ miles.
80% of gasoline is burned into pollution by a vehicle with an internal combustion engine while 90% of energy is effectively used to power an EV.
78.5% of 14 million vehicles sold in the U.S. last year were light trucks (Pickup Trucks and SUVs).
As much as we love trucks in the U.S., Alpha is equally driven to find a solution for people to enjoy them on a zero-emission basis by commercializing its series of pure electric Wolf Trucks.
