ALPHA’S VEHICLE PRODUCTION PLAN
Vehicle Production Timeline
*Here is an overview of our project milestones. Alpha will focus on producing the Wolf and Wolf+ Trucks while leveraging its unique process to prepare future production of Ace, Jax, Saga, and Rex vehicles. Alpha targets preproduction development of its Wolf truck in the next phase.
Target Production Vehicles - Wolf Truck Series
Alpha plans to leverage its platform sharing strategy to launch production of two models to accelerate revenue generation and increase profitability.
One Platform, Multiple Models
The adoption of a platform-sharing strategy offers substantial advantages in terms of time and resource efficiency. By leveraging a shared platform, Alpha Motor Corporation can generate multiple vehicle models while minimizing development costs. Alpha's Wolf truck serves as the foundational basis for other vehicles such as the Wolf+ and Super Wolf trucks, as well as the Rex SUV. The initial development of the Wolf truck establishes a vital reference point that significantly reduces overall time and resource requirements. This strategic approach aligns with our goal of achieving exponential revenue growth through the production of diverse models while optimizing development costs. Alpha has conducted comprehensive market research to assess demand and identified the Wolf truck as the model with the highest market demand. As part of our product development timeline, a driving prototype of the Wolf truck is scheduled for completion by mid-year. This demonstrates our commitment to delivering high-demand models and reinforces our position in the market.
Sustainable Development
Alpha Motor Corporation employs a unique and efficient process that leverages automotive Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) for the creation and development of its electric vehicles. By utilizing automotive CAE, Alpha can streamline the industrialization of automobiles, with over 90% of new vehicle development being validated through virtual simulation. This approach significantly accelerates the commercialization process, leading to enhanced profitability.
As evidenced by our campaign updates titled "Wolf Truck Development" and "How Alpha Achieves Precision Engineering," Alpha Motor Corporation is committed to sustainable vehicle development by leveraging its proprietary process. This process allows us to achieve precision engineering while ensuring environmental sustainability.
Furthermore, Alpha's audited financials demonstrate our positive cash flow from differentiated operations. This strong financial position puts us in a favorable position to successfully achieve mass production of the Wolf truck. To date, we have received over 9,600 preorder indications, indicating a strong market demand and further affirming our potential for success in the electric vehicle market.
Progress on All Fronts
At present, our focus lies on the preparation of molds based on the initial Wolf Truck prototype, enabling the efficient reproduction of its exterior body. Following this step, the assembled exterior body will be seamlessly integrated with the vehicle chassis, which features a cutting-edge battery electric powertrain system. This crucial phase reflects the body-in-white (BiW) and body-on-frame assembly processes commonly employed in manufacturing, where the exterior shell is skillfully combined with the vehicle chassis. By meticulously executing this assembly process, we ensure the structural integrity and overall quality of our vehicles, meeting the highest industry standards.
As part of our strategic plan, we are focused on transitioning from prototyping to mass production by developing molds, jigs, and fixtures. Concurrently, Alpha Motor Corporation is implementing a component commonization strategy across its vehicle lineup. This approach enables rapid development, reduces manufacturing costs, and ensures stringent quality control throughout the production process.
In addition to these efforts, we are actively working on vehicle interior solutions. Currently, we are on track to complete the user interface prototype, which is projected to be integrated into the vehicle by the end of the first quarter. The prototype is currently undergoing rigorous testing of its graphic user interface (GUI) to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
Furthermore, our development team is dedicated to creating superior solutions for vehicle closures, seating, steering, electronics, and various other components. These ongoing development initiatives underscore our commitment to delivering exceptional quality and innovation across all aspects of our vehicles.
By focusing on these critical areas of development, Alpha Motor Corporation is positioning itself for successful mass production while upholding our unwavering commitment to excellence.
Alpha Motor Corporation has established a strategic partnership with UHI, an industry leading vehicle manufacturer, to advance the pre-production development phase. UHI will play a crucial role in the mass production and assembly of major steel components, including the chassis and exterior body. To ensure a seamless manufacturing process, we have been diligently working on the Bill of Materials (BoM) for the Body-in-White (BiW), chassis, and conducting steel formability simulations. These crucial engineering activities have been underway since early 2022, leveraging the valuable insights gained from the engineering of the first Wolf truck. As we progress, our plan is to initiate pre-production activities such as the stamping of full steel bodies, which is targeted to commence next year. By collaborating with UHI and diligently executing our pre-production plans, Alpha Motor Corporation is steadfast in our commitment to delivering high-quality vehicles that meet the industry's stringent standards.
