HOW ALPHA MOTOR BUILDs CARS sustainably
Advanced Manufacturing
Alpha is applying advanced Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) to efficiently bring its vehicles to the market.
*Alpha leverages programmed manufacturing to expedite validation. Photograph on the left is of Alpha’s Wolf truck being machined by a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) mill. On the right side is a computer-generated image of Alpha’s Wolf truck CAE data.
Alpha aims to validate over 90% of its vehicle development through virtual validation which is projected to expedite commercialization and significantly reduce the footprint of industrialization. We believe Alpha’s process will become an industry standard for sustainable vehicle development.
*Here is an example of Alpha’s Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) which demonstrates precision manufacturing. Photograph on the left is of Alpha’s Wolf truck driver side front fender manufactured from CAE data of the same component on the right. Alpha's process ensures direction translation of precision quality achieved in CAE.

Alpha’s process simulates the entire construction of the vehicle and configuration of the total Bill Materials (BoM) which effectively manages the cost of manufacturing.
Technical Advantages
Large corporations use internal competition to drive results and have already established multiple R&D operations in various regions around the world which compete for a position to lead the final product into commercialization. It is our experience that this often leads to overshooting customer needs. Alpha strives to be lean, efficient, and decisive to successfully achieve commercialization.

CAE is only as effective as the operator’s experience with production data which must be created with manufacturing feasibility in mind. Alpha has the requisite experience to obtain optimal results.

Commercial Advantages
CAE data can be used in both manufacturing and marketing the vehicle. This helps to refine the final product and further reduce costs along the process of commercialization.
