Alpha Motor Corporation (Alpha) released today information about its company to raise awareness of its California-based Move Humanity® brand and vision.

Alpha is on schedule to complete its driving prototype by midyear. Concurrently, our vehicles will be matured through test validation loops and position Alpha to efficiently achieve certification. We plan to complete these milestones in the near future which will further prepare the company for mass production and accelerate our growth.

Alpha Motors dominated THE ZEVAS™ Awards, receiving the Top EV Award for its Ace Coupe, a Finalist Nomination for its Jax in the Top Crossover category and Nominations for both Wolf and Super Wolf in the category of Top Trucks. Winners were chosen by the public via two rounds of online voting.

In addition to the drivable WOLF truck, we are excited to share that Alpha has been constructing the WOLF+ extended cabin truck since November 2022.

Alpha aims to validate over 90% of its vehicle development through virtual validation which is projected to expedite commercialization and significantly reduce the footprint of industrialization. We believe Alpha’s process will become an industry standard for sustainable vehicle development.

We plan to complete and exhibit our driving prototype vehicle in the second quarter of 2023. We believe that this will not only validate our progress but also accelerate our growth projections. We believe that such a milestone will positively impact our company valuation.

A typical consumer can do 92% of their driving with home charging and would therefore require an average of only 6 stops at a publicly available fast charger per year, which compares with around 40 stops at gas stations every year for the same driving distance in a gas-powered vehicle.

Alpha Motor Corporation and UHI Group (“UHI”) have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to confirm a synergistic business relationship between the two companies, pursuant to which UHI will manufacture and validate Alpha Motor Corporation’s production-ready electric vehicles.
